HOW TO MAKE A 6 VOLT CHARGE

TODAY WE LEARN HOW TO MAKE A 6 VOLT CHARGER :

A few materials are required to make a 6 VOLT CHARGER. That is:

LED LIGHT AND A 1K RESISTOR SHOULD BE JOINED. A 3 VOLT LED LIGHT IS ALSO HELPED BY IT.)
LED LIGHT IN RED (This RED COLOR LED LIGHT will help us tell whether the 6 VOLT CHARGER is POWER ON or POWER OFF.)

A 6 VOLT TRANSFORMER is necessary. These three pins should be on the 6-0-6. INPUT should be 220 VOLT, and and should be 50Hz. This transformer will enable us to provide an output of DC 6 volts.
Four 4007 IN diodes are required. (Using these four diodes, we can change DC WATT into DC VOLT.)
You need a 50 VOLT 100uF CAPACITOR. We can convert DC WATT to DC VOLT using this.

There must be a MINUS OUTPUT CLIP and a PLUS OUTPUT CLIP. (This PLUS’s output clip should be hooked to the battery’s plus side, and the MINUS’s output clip should be attached to the battery’s negative side to provide charge.)

The LM7806 ic is necessary. This IC can provide SIX VOLT OUTPUT, therefore it is handy.
There will be a need for one yard of BLACK AND WHITE wire. (Which ought to be utilized in several connections of SIX VOLT INPUT AND OUTPUT.)

charger element for 6 volts

Let’s now learn the guidelines for creating a 6 VOLT charger.

We will begin by using four 4007 IN DIODES initially. Which of the following will be the first stage of the 6 volt charger:

Take two 4007 IN DIODES and JOIN them together right now.

Once more, combine the MINUS of the next two 4007 IN DIODE.

The MINUS of the two pairs of diodes will now be JOINED with the PLUS of the other two pairs of diodes. MINUS + PLUS and MINUS + PLUS should be JOINED together, this means.

Turning now to the CAPACITOR JOINT

Then, JOINT the MINUS side of the capacitor to the other connection of the PLUS MINUS of the diode and the PLUS side of the 50 VOLT 100uF capacitor to the first connection of the PLUS MINUS of the diode.

Grab a 6 VOLT TRANSFORMER now. You can now see an inscription that reads 6 – 0 – 6 if you look above the 6 VOLT TRANSFORMER. We will only use lines 6 and 0 for our work.

Now, its turn to connect the DIODE to the 6 VOLT TRANSFORMER:

6 VOLT TRANSFORMER 6 – 0 6 SIDE WIRE WE WILL JOINT PLUS MINUS DIODE JOINT.

Now, 6 VOLT TRANSFORMER 6 – 0 of 0 side WIRE we will give JOINT with PLUS MINUS DIODE JOINT.

Now, we will discuss how to connect the LED SIGNAL LIGHT:

We will install this LED LIHGT basically the way to understand well whether the INPUT AC POWER of TRANSFORMER is ON or OFF is this LED SIGNAL LIGHT.

This LED LIGHT has two sides. One is the PLUS side, and the other is the MINUS side. On the LED PLUS side we put one side of a 1K RESISTOR and on the other side of the 1k REGISTOR we put JOINT with the PLUS of the CAPACITOR. Now, we connect the MINUS side of the CAPACITOR to the MINUS side of the LED. In this way, the work of connecting the two sides of the PLUS MINUS of the LED is finished.

Now it’s time to install the LM7806 IC:

We have to connect this LM7806 IC to the PLUS and MINUS OUTPUT LINE of the CAPACITOR in order to get 6 VOLT correctly in the 6 VOLT CHARGER.

Now the CAPACITOR attached to the 6 VOLT TRANSFORMER, we will JOINT the PLUS side of the CAPACITOR with the INPUT 6 VOLT PLUS of our IC. Now we have to JOINT the MINUS side of the CAPACITOR with the MIDDLE POSITION of the IC.

Now, the MIDDLE POSITION of our IC is the MINUS SIDE of the OUTPUT.

And this MINUS SIDE should be put with BLACK COLOR WIRE. One side of which will be connected to the IC, and the other side will be connected to the OUTPUT BLACK CLIP.

Again the OUTPUT PLUS POSITION of this IC is the PLUS SIDE of the OUTPUT.

And this PLUS SIDE should be put with RED COLOR WIRE. One side of which will be connected to the PLUS of the OUTPUT IC, and the other side will be connected to the RED PLUS CLIP.

Where this 6 VOLT CHARGER can be used:

LIGHTING SYSTEMS FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND ROADWORKS.
BACK-UP POWER SUPPLY FOR UPS ETC.
