David Moyes Is requesting for a swap deal for Declan rice with Arsenal key man.

Declan Rice, the esteemed West Ham captain, appears to be favoring a transfer to Arsenal over potential moves to Manchester United or Bayern Munich, as recent reports suggest.

Despite the interest from top-tier clubs around the world, Rice seems to have his sights set on joining the Gunners, with rumors indicating a possible player exchange in the deal.

The Sun reported that West Ham’s board would entertain bids starting at a staggering British-record sum of £110 million if they were to part ways with the 24-year-old midfielder.

According to the same publication, Rice has expressed a strong desire to make the move to Arsenal.

However, David Moyes, the manager of West Ham, has other plans and is keen on bringing in the talented Emile Smith Rowe as part of a swap deal, potentially reducing the transfer fee.

Transfermarkt currently values Smith Rowe at £33 million, making him a notable asset in negotiations.

An insider shared with The Sun, “West Ham know they are in a strong position with this deal, which is why targeting a talent like Emile Smith Rowe has become part of the conversation at the club.

Nobody can replace Declan Rice, but David Moyes is a big fan of Smith Rowe and thinks he could really help the team as they rebuild and plan for life after Declan Rice.”

Smith Rowe, who enjoyed a prominent role at Arsenal for a considerable period, has recently found himself lower in the pecking order.

Although he may not secure a starting position in the upcoming season, Arsenal is hesitant to part ways with the talented young player.

However, in order to acquire Rice and prevent him from joining Bayern Munich or Manchester United, the Gunners might find themselves compelled to pursue this unexpected avenue. It’s worth noting that Rice is the primary target for Arsenal this summer.

After West Ham’s triumph over Fiorentina in the UEFA Conference League final, Rice expressed his likelihood of leaving the club in the summer.

In an interview with BT Sport, Rice addressed the ongoing speculation surrounding his future, saying, “At the moment, there’s a lot of speculation going on about my future.

There is interest from other clubs, but ultimately I still have two years left at West Ham. I love this club and I love playing for this club.

My focus is playing for West Ham at the moment. I’m captain of this club and I can’t speak highly enough of this place. Let’s just see what happens. Let’s wait and see. Who knows?”
